I'd like to ask is there any UVM environment created for PULPINO SOC, or even for one of the following cores:
  1- RI5CY
  2- Zero-riscy

In the current repositories there are no UVM testbenches for the cores you mention (yet). But Google has been working on them, see the presentation summary from the RISC-V summit (talks and slides should be available shortly)
